Cavapoo's are becoming increasingly very popular. The Cavalier King Charles is a great family pet that doesn’t have a high energy level. Cavaliers are rated as one of the best small breeds for families with children. Cavapoos are smart dogs and take most things in their stride. Cavapoos are perfect for those living in smaller homes.

As with any breed of dog you have a monthly maintenance cost. We have set the average amount you can expect to spend on your pet. Please remember this can vary depending on location and area you live in.
Please remember that all non-shedding dogs require regular professional grooming as well as regular grooming at home, if you want that nice teddy bear hair cut.
If you prefer a shorter style on your Cavapoo you can have your Cavapoo shaved to a shorter length and keep a nice Teddy bear type face.
All puppies require training, and we strongly recommend you attend regular puppy training classes. Early environmental training will set your puppy off to the best start.
Ask your breeder what environmental training they have done prior to the puppies leaving them?
Most Cavapoos have a lower energy level, but they still require small walks and boredom buster games that will simulate their minds.
What to look for in a Breeder
We believe that transparency and information is the key to finding your perfect puppy. Here at The Doodle Club we offer a Paw Point scheme to improve standards and for you to make an informed choice.
Breeders are awarded two stars for meeting our health testing requirements for their breed. Breeders can achieve more stars, please see our Paw Point scheme for more information.
